Truworths customer service is not professional at all

I'm a new account holder with Truworths. I shopped online and loved a jacket *** XXL but unfortunately I couldn't buy it online as they have no stock but stores had it. I went to the nearest store and the lady there Mt Frere, Portia was unable to assist me. I called the customer service centre and explained. I was assisted by Funeka who told me she would try if it's not possible for her to buy the jacket on my account then have it delivered to Mt Frere. She quoted the stores with the jacket and those are the stores that I am aware of but miles away. She transferred me to verification dept as my account is new. When I was transferred back to her, the call was attended by a clueless maybe rude prince. I got tired and cut the call. I want that jacket. I am going to pay for it...I don't want it for free. Please assist. The promotion ends on Wednesday and the stores have low stock on this jacket. I'm begging you please.
