Disappointing Experience with Truworths - Lack of Support and Unresolved Account Issue

I'm writing this review to warn others about the poor service I received from Truworths. Since they past September , I've been trying to resolve an issue with my account, which was compromised and used for unauthorized purchases totaling over R14,218.11. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I've received absolutely no updates, follow-ups, or feedback yet I’m sitting on areas now.

It's frustrating and disappointing that Truworths seems to be ignoring my concerns. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to security and account integrity. The lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.

I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Truworths. Until they improve their customer support and take responsibility for their platform's security, I would not recommend using their services.
