Truworths customer service

Most expensive store around and other than the perfume and jewelry, not all their products are that great. I'm rather disappointed at the fact that we give them so much money every month (yes by choice) and yet their customer services on email enquiries are terrible. Tone of email is horrible and unprofessional. They do not know how to address regular consumers. I come from a quality industry for a top international brands and I can tell you, this is not how you treat people. Will be closing my account. Shocking customer services really.
