Truworths customer care Zusani Mvunoe bad behaviour

Last week whilst applying for new store cards at Identity Vangate Mall I spoke telephonically with customer care rep Zusani Mvunoe. While he asked me "security" questions , I simply asked my wife when last she paid since we have a credit balance of R200 at Identity. He the barked at me telling me in a very rude loud voice that the account is mine and not my wife's. I'm very sure Truworths would not appreciate this type of behavior especially towards pensioners.I would appreciate if they could investigate and alter his behaviour to a more positive 1 or maybe this gentleman was just having a bad day
