TRUWORTHS CRESTA

It is a mission to update personal details. I have tried unsuccessfully to change my ID number in store at Truworths Cresta I have been told dates and time to come through and copies of my particulars photocopied, calls are made to Hq and still no confirmation a month later. The few times I have followed up I am told they will call you. Simple but still not done :(
