TRUWORTHS : CREDIT CONTROL

My cellphone nr is used by Mrs Mmamotsana Ranhlakgwe to open a Truworths account (Identity). Truworths credit control department did not check this, therefore Mmamotsana buys on credit and dissappear and I am receiving all the sms's and calls. I have let Truworths knows a few times that they have the wrong number, but they just do not stop phoning and sending sms. I have blocked the number, but then they just send it through with another number. But the most wonderful thing of all, they still send out sales sms to her (or rather me) and she has a overdue account. How terrible can a credit control department be.

I am writing this as they promised me they will phone me back to sort this out and I am still waiting.
