Truworths courier(RTT) is bad news!

Truworths is a good company. It is just their courier [RTT] which is a problem. It's either they send your messages every morning notifying you about the deliveries being on the way and end up not coming (Which can do this for days and even weeks) OR they just update that they found nobody at the address which is a meroon lie. I wish Truworths can fix this for I believe I aint the only one experiencing this.
