Truworths Cosmo City will treat loyal people like theives

I have a truworths account and I always go there every month, once or twice to go shopping and pay the account. I felt offended last week when I went there, to check if there are any nice shoes I cant get. Didn't even take a long time it was more of a in and out because there wasn't any nice shoes then when I got close to the exit the person at the cashier point hallad at the security to search me.

Never has this ever happened to me and I felt degraded. I would understand if this was normal or if everyone was being searched as it is month end but this is not a normal activity as I always go there and the cashier hallad at the security to search me. The bag I carried would show if ever there was a box of shoes or even shoes in there, no apology, nothing.

Ive worked in retail before and I can guarantee that theres as much theft in the white areas as there is in the black areas but youll never see such in those areas. All retail shops are so rotten that they portray a black person as a ***** because of their skin color, they'd rather degrade people in black communities even when their clothes have a tag that can be detected by their scans at the door. My experience in retail will tell you that there is as much theives in black as there is in whites but youll never see them being degraded to this point! I'll definitely be closing my account because i opened it so that I can upgrade my credit score.
