truworths contradicting their own refund policy and treating me like a looter

Am so disgusted and appalled by the customer service I have been receiving from truworth store in Pretoria church square, i bought clothes for my family and some it didn't fit and they didn't like some of the items, I then returned the items for a refund since I have bought this items in cash, i was expecting them to refund me into the debit card that I used to pay for this items, however they rudely told me they cannot refund me in that manner but they can only refund me in cash, which they do not have and they will call me once they have and don't even know when, since people only pay with cards or accounts am shocked by this because their return and refund policy clearly states refund will be made in the same tender as the original payment now am stuck with items that cannot be worn as some do not fit and cant find replacement and some my kids didn't like them and you are keeping my money contradicting your own refund policy and your stuff are so rude as if i have looted this items and not bought them i want nothing to do with truworths right now i just want my R4000 back and i will never ever set my foot in any of your stores ever again your service is pathetic.just refund my money. transaction no;*** church street, pretoria cbd
