Truworths Context V&A Waterfront ( Rude Sales Lady)

While shopping around for a fragrance I went in Truworths Context fragrances at the V&A Waterfront on the 14th December. I came across a tester bottle of Giorgio Armani that I wanted to test. I picked up the bottle and noticed that it was already empty so I wanted to still smell it so I pumped a few times in order to get just a fraction of mist out. Doesn’t a sales lady come and shout at me as though I was doing something wrong as clearly she had thought I was overusing the product, not knowing that it was already finished! Surely she could have approached me decently and not embarrassed me in the full store with all the customers watching in on what was happening! I asked for her name which she refused to give me so I just took a picture of her! She is the only sales person that’s completely bald and was wearing a brown suit when the incident occurred!
