Truworths consultants ripped me off

I wanted skin care products that will plump up , moisturise my skin and the consultant at Truworths told me about the Clinique hydrate & glow kit and said it doesn’t have alcohol and won’t irritate my skin. Upon just a single use I developed rash and my face was inflamed the next morning. What irritates me the most is that I’ve paid R635 hard earned money hoping for results . I want my refund
