truworths confusion

hi im giving 2 stars only because i love the clothes and the store clerks atleast tried to help me. and i understand that this issue arrised at a higher level not inside the store.

problem is as follows i owed truworths the amount of 4700. paid 4000 in august and 700 beginning of september.

checked my credit report close to end of september. saw i am still owing 700 went down to the store only to find out i cant pay at the store reason is according to storeclerk they owe me 4700.

phoned head office they said my account has been handed over in september to dmc.

phoned dmc they say i owed 3700 and now i need to settle apparently by paying 4500. apparentl they never recorded any payments from me. so now im listed on creditberue for having an outstanding amount. credit score heavily affected. i dont know how much more airtime i need to use to find out where my 4700 went to. why they list me as owing money. please if truworths is reading this.

please contact me with a specialist. you need to update my payments and i cant pay other companies for debt that was paid that you handed over. and my number one problem please fix my credit report. you guys made a mistake by handing over a paid account
