Truworths **** company

Yesterday I went to Westgate mall truworths and I was in desperate need of a phone, the cashier wasn't friendly and what's worse they don't put up name badges and as I asked for a Samsung galaxy which was about R1495 she moved slowly and came with the phone and before she was like do you have proof of residence and ID with an attitude and I said yes and she came back with it after that she ask for my account card ,I gave it to her as she was swipping the card she said my account doesn't allow me to purchase a phone I didn't understand cause my account it's up to date , she told me that truworths blocked it cause I don't use it more often. And I asked how cause am up to date and she just ignored me and I told her to call their headoffice for me and asked how come, she spoke to their head office and after that she hanged up the phone and she told me that what she told was what she got from them and I said why didn't you include me in the conversation and I told her to call again this time tell them that I want to talk to them and she did that the call centre agent didn't know what to say and just said you hardly use the account. And I said isn't it better for me to close this account once and for all. Cause there is no use , having it when I need help they can't help me.
