Good day

I must say I’m shocked at the measures Truworths used to collect payment from customers who have been loyal to them .Even during these trying times of covid I have tried my best to make payment on the arrears

But today I’m beyond words to get a call from this number *** on the 5 November 2029 at around 11:05 by a lady to tell me that I need to make payment and I immediately told her I will go in tomorrow and even agreed to pay the full amount but then she threaten me that as of today I’m must give her my banking details to go on debit order even though I’m telling her I will go in tomorow. Firstly are yourll now forcing client to go on debit order and in a society of so much ***** she is forcing me to do so .Im sorry I won’t give my details to some cell number called over the phone .

Please investigate this caller and go and listen to the call and provide feedback .

This is very wrong of Truworths and I would understand if the caller said go into the store and provide your banking details but she kept insisting till I cut the call
