Truworths clothes quality

One year ago I bought long boots at Truworths and I did not wear the boot the same year, started to wear it this year. The quality of the boots is very poor and the boots are wearing off. On Tuesday 8 July 2025 I went at Truworths and explain to them and the advised that I must carry the boot and take it to the teller and explain to them since I did not destroy the boot,the boots are literally peeling off, not sure what material was used. Today I want to Truworths westgate as advised,the teller told me about 6 months guarantee and I advise her that I only started to wear the boot this year and they were I noticed the quality of it,the boots are still new. Truworths is no longer selling us quality but selling **** clothes and is this the service that should be received by customers.
