TRUWORTHS CLOSING THE DOORS BEFORE TIME
Hi <br> <br> I went to Truworths on Xmas Eve.I called them and asked what time they would close and they said 5.<br> I then rushed from work and arrived at TRUWORTHS at 4.40.They closed the doors and would not allow me in .When I told the security lady that she closed too early and I would contact the manager ,she told me to go ahead !<br> I am very upset with the bad attitude in LENASIA..This would not happen in any other mall .<br> <br> I really needed to purchase something urgently .VERY UPSET .To make matters worse there is a sign on the door that says trading from 9-7 Mon to Thurs ?what does that mean if they closing at 5!<br> <br>

Our stores are instructed to strictly adhere to the store's scheduled opening and closing times. We therefore escalated your complaint to the manager of the relevant store. He has confirmed that the store had received authorization to close at 17h00 on the day of your visit.
Whilst we acknowledge that all security guards are employed by an independent contractor to Truworths, they are mandated to uphold our high service standards. We believe that the Store Manager has contacted you to apologize for the manner in which the security guard handled the situation on the day and will certainly bring this to the attention of her manager.
