Truworths Clearwater

Made a purchase with my credit card and came to do an exchange. They first asked me to pay for the item again then I’ll would be refunded after 48 hours upon my agreement they asked for my physical card and I said when I made the purchase I used Apple Pay so to do the refund why can’t they use Apple Pay or I could go on my app and give them card details. None of this was communicated to me when I was buying I was told I’d only have to bring the slip. The manager came with a stinking attitude saying this will not be done and I would lie and say I didn’t get my refund. I offered to sign a waiver or anything stating that I got it but I was met with intense attitude and refusal. The service is just horrible
