Truworths clearly has no regard for data security or customer complaints

Truworths allowed someone to open an account using my phone number *****ulently, and despite years of trying to get them to remove my number from the account this ***, they still haven’t done so.

I have called multiple times, spoken to various agents, and yet nothing has been resolved. I keep receiving calls and messages meant for this account. Truworths clearly has no regard for data security or customer complaints.

If this is how they handle customer concerns, I would advise everyone to stay far away from them.
