Truworths Claremont = Bad Bad Service

The staff at Truworths Claremont just disgusts me. They are absolutely rude, unprofessional and have no customer service skills. About a month ago I was at the store, a young man helped me - so I use my ID to purchase items. He called a lady who was probably in her 30s to authorize. She comes, she does not greet, she takes my ID and she tells me "I can't see your face". I had a cap and my mask on so obviously she could not see my face. But she was just Damon rude - that is not how you speak to a customer. What she shod have "good afternoon mrs ***, will you please pull down.your mask that I can verify you" - this is common sense but clearly this rude person lacks common sense. Then I.go back a few days later to exchange a top for a bigger size, so.It's a direct stop right. I purchased the the top for 120, when I want to make the exchange I'm told the top is now 160 because the 50% sale is over that it was suppose to end on the Sunday but was extended until the Tuesday. I wanted to do the exchange the Thursday. What a load of ****, it makes no practical sense and is just out right stupid. Please teach your staff at the Claremont staff manners, customer service skills and common sense because if I'm going to do it it's not going to be pretty and if I go there again and I get bad service, which I probably will, it is going to be a problem.
