Truworths Church square

In Wednesday the 14th of June 2017, I went to truworths church square as I was looking for make up. I have been a truworths account holder for close to 10 years now.

So I was there for about 30 minutes and had received absolutely no assistance. I then went up to one of the ladies and requested to test a Revlon foundation, she then handed me a foundation (not a tester) and simply said this is your colour, and proceeded to chat to her colleague. I then asked her for a tester and she again said its your colour and continued her discussion.

Needless to say I walked out with only a mascara as I could not purchase the foundation without having tested it. The only time I have been able to purchase make up from the section was after I had asked a friend to accompany me as I knew how the assistants were going to be. They assist no one they sit at the till and gossip.

This behaviour has now become unacceptable and rather a bit offensive. I mean what is the point of going to a store were you cannot get assistance when you need it. I would not recommend anyone going there.
