TRUWORTHS CHARTWORTH CENTRE IN DBN!

I was very disappointed with the service I got at Truworths in Chartworth Centre here in DBN. I first went to buy a dress in town, DBN CENTRAL. They didn't have a size for my mom, but they kindly checked for me online, and they found it at Chatsworth . I Ubered there fast, and I got there. The dress was there, and I was ready to buy it at that time, but the manager said they kept it for someone else. Now I am asking did u guys had some sort of formal agreement. They said no, but they can't give it to me because the person they talked to said she would fetch it later.I was so disappointed, how could u refuse me to buy something that's showing online that it is still there in the store. i hope that lady never comes back to buy, and you guys get a loss cz u guys have poor customer service and prioritize your friends.
