Terrible service especially when dealing with sales agents when you return a cellular phone ... truworths Century City

I took moblie phone back 3 days after purchase...was given a run around between agents and apparent manager .. who became cellphone experts and technicians after explaining the issue shutting down and sound that goes away they began to test phone infront of us the one lady agrees with us that there is a problem but she has to speak to the manager ...half hr later they came from back office and said they can't fault it so there nothing they can do ."there policy if they can't fault it they wont send it away"..i repeat this is within the 7 days

Im ow paying for a defective unit... I found this experience appauling to say the least,and i would advise anyone against dealing with this company customer service is clearly not top priority for truworths they have lost a customer and i presume they will continue to do so
