Truworths cell repair division at highveld mall in witbank Mpumalanga

I've been experiencing very very bed services from Truworths cell repair division at highveld mall in witbank Mpumalanga I took my cell phone in for repairs with out any cracks on the screen the only problem which I had with my cell phone was that it wasn't going on it was just showing Samsung J4 core after that it shown blank on the screen was freezing. I took my cell phone to the store as it was still under warranty they called me and charge me 1200 rand for repair the phone mean while they said the screen is damage just to find out they have cracked my cell phone screen whereby the phone was only 4month old the lady at the store called mtn to find out who received the phone to be repair but no one answered her they took the phone back to mtn as I was complain. a mtn specialist e-mail them a letter requesting them to help me but still nothing is happening my cellphone is 8month's by Truworths no one is boarding to assist me I've been call them yet they are hanging up on me please can someone assist me with my matter it's been way to long now and very unprofessional
