Truworths cavendish employed rude people and coach suppliers or reps must replace or do something about the perfumes at Truworths cavendish as I was not the only one complained

I bought a coach floral perfume for R1085 on the 31October 2024 late afternoon at Truworths in Cavendish, the next day I wore my perfume I noticed that the smell had disappeared, I sprayed the perfume like 3 times but the smell vanished , following days at work as I work for Events, Marketing and Tourism industry I have to attend to people , events and walkabouts and need to smell like my money but unfortunately I smell like nothing, on my off day I went to report this to Truworths like after 7 days , they checked and said said I must bring the box they will take it to the coach rep and do some investigations , I went back after 3 days because of work, the experience I got was horrible ,the cashier and her supervisor were laughing at me making a joke of why am I bringing the perfume when it’s too little left , I told them I had to spray it like 3 -4 times a day and showed them that I had to purchase 3 perfumes at a near by chemist just to smell nice and fresh and who in their right minds can purchase 4 perfumes in less than 2 weeks, then the Manager said they will check with the supplier and today I received a call from the Manager saying no there’s nothing they can do the rep or supplier came and said there’s nothing wrong and she was soo rude while the other client that went a day before they gave her another perfume coz she had the same problem
