Truworths Cavendish branch - pathetic

What a disappointing experience at Cavendish Truworths- I am writing this review after several phone calls to Truworths and going to the store personally. I bought an Estee Lauder foundation which resulted to severe skin irritation and ****les on my face which resulted in me having to visit a doctor - I went to Truworths Cavendish mall immediately to report this and to date I had to make several phone calls even lodge a complaint with Truworths Head office and to date no calls nothing was heard from Truworths - they have taken the item back and said that my account will be credited - AND TO DATE NOTHING - the way the assistants in the store handled the whole situation was a disgrace - I can’t wait to close this account. I need someone from Truworths to just credit my account - this incompetence and customer relations is pathetic.
