Truworths Carnival Mall pathetic service
Carnival mall truworths has the worst service ever!!! We are still waiting for a refund after almost a week of being given the run around. The lady who claims to be manager there is rude and unprofessional and has not been of assistance at all. This is a matter of urgency and needs to be sorted out as soon as possible. Kindly assist please.
