Truworths card
My account was approved more than 3 months ago but still i have not received my truworths card.I dont know what kind of a game is this.

Upon investigation we established that the initial charge card was issued to you on 19 May 2018, when the account was activated.
We are unable to establish why this card did not reach you, as we currently have the correct address listed and have not received returned mail for your account. For this reason, a replacement card was requested for you on 01 October 2018.
