Truworths call centre

I want to make an arrangement on my account since 3 April 2025 via Truworths whatsapp. NO RESPONSE. When i contact Truworths telephonically, the person at Truworths ends the call. Get numerous phone calls from Truworths, they let my my phone ring just with one ring, then they hang up, every day. Why can the person that call me, just let my phone ring a little bit, but no, they call, let the phone ring once, and end the call. I am sick of this *****nse!!! Train your call centre agents properly please.
