Truworths Call Center Harrassment
Wow! I thought I was the only one harrased by Truworths call center.They disrespect you to a point where the agent is giggling with her friends after I answered the phone. Last week, one of their agents hung up on me. I was treated like a ******** for being behind with my payment for 13 days.They would call me endlessly in a space of just 3 days and everytime you speak to a new agent she knows nothing about your conversation with the previous one.I asked the previous agent to call me in 30min as I was in a meeting,she didn't even have the decency to ask if I am able to speak or not she just rushed into asking for my ID number,10 minutes later another one phones rude as hell and hung up on me!Saturday 14th October 2017 I went into a store and made payment but first thing this morning (Monday 16th October 2017)received yet another call to say I owe them (it's not even half way through the month)and forcing me to make an arrangement. Words just cannot describe the disappointment I feel towards Truworths.

We acknowledge your frustration however wish to advise that our intention with sending the arrears communication is certainly not to aggravate or upset our customers. It is simply a means for us to inform our customers on the status of their accounts and to allow the opportunity for customers to make a suitable payment arrangement should they be unable to meet their payment commitments.
We reviewed your account and can confirm that an arrangement was made but the payments were separated, therefore you received another call as the account still reflected an arrears amount.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or upset caused as a result of this matter as it was not our intention to do so.
We trust that we were able to adequately respond to your query.
