Truworths call center forcing clients to pay

Truworths call center has *********** staff aswell rude. They force payments out of their clients. I had a temporary setback on paying due to incorrect dr order from cellc. Advised payments will be in order by November which i fulfilled. Call center keeps calling demanding payments immediately after the due date than says I'm arrears n includes next month payments. In terms of the national credit act I'm allowed 7 days n according to the staff it must be made on the due date. But yet ther demanding current payment as well as next month payments . Even if a arrangement is made the call center will the whole week.
