TRUWORTHS bullying me to pay for phone i dont want

they refused to exchange a cellphone that i returned in less than 24hrs of buying still in its original condition and packaging.the phone i bought was unable to perform the tasks(i explained to them before buying) i bought it for now they refuse to take it back.it has been 5 months now and its against NCA 34
