TRUWORTHS BROOKLYN MALL ****

On Sunday 18 February on or about 11h00 i visited Truworths Brooklyn Mall with the intention of making an exchange on a clothing item. Unfortunately i had lost the original receipt. The item was however unworn and had the original tag still on plus i managed to produce a printed copy of the receipt. The lady who assisted me (appeared to be the manager) simply said she would not be able to assist despite my request for her to look at the receipt i had or her to print out from her system as i would be able to produce my bank statement. She only managed to print a copy of the Terms and Conditions which state that they require the "original" receipt. Her service was below expectations as clearly she did not want to assist or even move an inch inorder to try and assist. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND
