Truworths Brits Mall

Truworths Brits Mall MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE. Two cashiers working. The queue is so long all the way to the shop where one enters. NO AIRCON IS EVER ON IN THAT SHOP. Staff is so slow and have no urgency to assist customers. Managers won't even properly greet you when they come to authorize something. One staff member also think its okay to take a personal call on her cellphone while a whole queue of people are waiting.

This happens often in this branch. Its absolutely pathetic and appalling the way that store is managed. I would love to share the photo of the staff member answering her phone while a customer is at her till point.
