Truworths blue route mall tokai

Good day,

Please advise which department I can direct my complaint email to, or could you possibly provide me with an email address.

I visited the truworths blueroute mall store on 03 November 2018 to collect an online order.

I visit shop at the particular store at least once a week and always go to the store after work dressed in work attire(truworths clothes).I always get treated with respect and the staff always offer to assist.

On the 3 November 2018 I went to collect my online order after returning from a morning and just decided to go straight to collect my order.

I was dressed in tights and t-shirt as well as a peak cap.Looking Completely different to my usual self.

I went to the cashiers desk and advised that I'm collecting my order the lady who assisted me treated me like a cheap piece of **** and made me feel as if I wasn't worthy of shopping or even being in their store. Her name is CHENE PROVINS

She didn't greet me, had the most annoyed look on her face when I handed my ID to her. She walked to the back to see if the package was there. I then asked the other lady to please call the manager as I couldn't believe what was happening. As I was advising the manager of what happens she comes from the back and throws my order on the counter and walks away. Not a 'here's your package' or anything like that. Even the manager looked shocked. One of the other ladies had to assist me to complete the collection.

She walked to the next customer who was of a different race and greeted her as if the queen has entered the store (I hate using race to justify situation)

The manager sent her to apologize to me. She came over and said 'I I'm sorry, will u accept my apology?'

I have never experienced this type of behavior from any truworths store, not even the call centers.

Please advise who I can send this email to as I don't want any other women to be treated the way I was treated.

What I would like to know is the following;

Why was I discriminated against for not being dolled up. I only wear truworths clothes and support your stores at least once a week, Why was I treated this way by your staff member.

I still can't believe the humiliation I had to endure as there were other customers in the queue witnessing this.

I am deeply saddened by the way I have treated and haven't returned to your stores since.

Please assist me.
