Truworths being selfish

I recently had a party for my baby girl and received gifts which do not fit my little one, due to it being a big party I 1 do not know who it's from and 2 it doesn't have a gift receipt. I contacted customer services and they said they can not help me in any way. So now what do I do with clothes to the value of R800? Throw them away? What I don't understand is that the tags are on the garments so is Truworths that slow that their own barcodes are wrong? I'm really frustrated and disappointed in Truworths.
