Truworths ***********

Truworths is a bad retail shop, they do not update the database, currently I don't owe them money yet they still claim that I owe R606. I wrote them an email yet no practical response. They are not professional and hold the clients bank regarding the credit records. They do not display being competent. I'm very disappointed at them. I'm even considering to close the Truworths account. They can call 4 to 6 times in a day every day when you slightly miss a payment, but when you pay they take their time before updating their database. Bad customer service.
