Truworths bad services
<p>just before 5 pm on the 23rd February 2017, and I was told that I need to leave the store becuse it was 5pm and the cashiers have cashed and no one will help me . I believe that if you in the store you can shop until you are done and there should be 1 casheiers available to assist when you want to pay I am really disappointed and angry . They do not have any customer service s****s at all .</p>

We sincerely apologize for the manner in which you were attended to at our store, as this is not the experience we want our customer to have during any interaction with us.
We immediately escalated this matter to the manager of the store to investigate and address. Whilst the specific consultant could not be identified the matter has been addressed with all staff members to ensure that this level of service is not repeated.
Although we regret your experience in this regard we once again thank you for letting us know of this as it has allowed the opportunity to us to address an issue of concern as to ensure a more proficient service in future.
