Truworths - bad service for online order

This is such a disgrace and disgusting service that I have to wait for my order this long. This is the first and last time that I will be placing an order with your store.

I have placed a order on the 16th of December 2023. Not getting any other feedback except a sms to say that you have received my order.

Today when following up, I called in 3 times only for the agent to tell me that the store in Hazyview has not released the parcel to the courier and if there is a problem with the parcel I need to request a refund.

I have waited so long for this order only to be told if there is any problem I need to request a refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the first time ordering online from Truworths and now I have to do the run around for my order. Meaning, if I did not follow up I would probably never receive feedback on my order. This is the last time I will be ordering from this store!!!!

So I just done another follow up now. The lady Yvonne at the store sent an email to the online department explaining the matter. Then Vuyiseka from the Online department told her to do a refund after I explained a million times that I do not want a refund I want my sneakers. You are truly the worst store. You dont have the decency to contact me for the order number but instead you post a message asking for the order number. Your service just gets even more horrible

2 days later after the complaint and still no feedback? Ain't you supposed to attend to complaints within 48hrz?

How is this supposed to satisfy me? So I placed the order on the 16 December. I haven't received my order in time. Now I must wait 7-10 working days to get my refund and go purchase the item in store? You as the complaints department, why don't u call the customer? Why are u responding via hello peter? Provide me with the ombudsmans details I will take it further because I am disgusted by your service
