Truworths bad service

This company has been harassing me ever, with call centre agents having a bad attitude.

I took clothes at Truworths in Feb, but I was supposed to do manual payments to them — just 1k over 12 months, 90 a month. Because I forgot to pay, I thought they were going to debit it. I got a reminder through SMS, then I made a payment of 180 for 2 months. I used my Truworths card number as a reference when making the payments.

Within just a period of 1 week, I have received more than 20 calls from them, with different agents saying my account is behind, all with a stinking attitude — little did they know mine is very bad too.

I told them that the account was paid and I sent proof to *** to show I made payments. They rep**** that they got it, but they still keep calling me. They rep**** on email that they need my ID, I sent it to them, but they don’t stop calling.

This speaks to why the company is doing so bad, and I pray they keep doing bad until they close down.

Bad customer care, bad account tracking — everything about their service is bad. I wish I could take their clothes back. They will be my last purchase with them. They just lost a customer for good.
