Truworths bad service

I bought a phone at Truworths mall of the south Samsung A11 within a a months less than 3 weeks it's just died on me I took to the store it's stays there 3 weeks they advised I need to pay R4000 for them to fix it's which it's an amount of a new phone , please assist as they refused to fix it's they say I need to pay technician Regards ***
