Truworths bad service

On the 27th of may I paid my truworths account via EFT. On Saturday the 13th they called me to say I didn't pay the instalment, after speaking to three different call centre assistance, sending countless emails with my proof of payment today I received another email saying my account is outstanding I called them back today finally someone can see the payment so I indicated for them to stop sending me emails and SMS about my account if u found my payment. I got another SMS. I requested a statement with that payment and no reply. Nobody replies to the emails I send but I must call in over and over again just to get this sorted.
