Truworths bad service
On the 22/11/2023 i placed an order and also received an order number, today the 4th of December 2023 i called and i was not given a valid reason why the order was not dispached. I went on the websites trying to chech for truworths complaints only to find on one website that they have only 43/574 complaints resolved. Extremely bad

06 Dec 2023, 22:18So since my last complaint, I was I formed that my parcel is with the courier service.
On the 5th of Dec' 2023 I received an sms that reads " Hi Vusumuzi! Your Truworths online order O310***428 is on its way. Please ensure someone is at the supp**** address between 8-5 on 05/12"
The day passed with no delivery. Today is the 6th and still nothing. Truworths says when they conform your order that the order will be delivered in between 5 to 7 days. Will this order ever come? If it does, will it be in my lifetime? Will the shop still be called Truworths?

I only realize now after reading the Company's Vision and Mission that there is no mention of a customer. Emphasis is on stakeholders and shareholders, not us as customers. We are not a priority.
