Truworths bad service

On the 3rd of February 2023 I went to truworths Maponya mall branch to activate my new account that I completed online, when I got to the stored I was supposed to be assisted by a lady her name is Smangele, she was so rude, gave me such a bad attitude and told me that she won't be able to activate my account because my Identification Documents is too old I need to go and came back once I get a new ID, she did not ask me for an alternative Document I.e drivers license so she help me with my account, instead she asked me to leave. So I left and jumped cross to the opposite shop which is Uzzi and I was assist by this phenomenal lady her name is Mphumi she saw ID was not going to pass the verification process she kindly asked me if I had an alternative Document a driver's license, I gave it to her and the process was so quick it did not even take her 5mins to activate my account. Thank you so much Mphumi for having to patience to assist me. Super disappointed at the treatment I received it was not welcoming at all, oh after a was assist at Uzzi by Mpumi I went bad to her and told her that was going to report her for the bad service she gave, without any remorse she confidently told me to go ahead.
