Truworths BAD SERVICE

I place online orders almost every 2nd week. With Christmas approaching I started ordering gifts in September. I have more cancelled orders than received and don't see any funds credited to my account.You send an inquiry to their online division and no response. You call customer service and get no help. For the amount of money spent on their items I would expect better service and communication

Additionally the staff at Canal Walk are TERRIBLE except for the young man. The women stand and show you they will take their time, argue over who hasn't taken lunch infront of customers having full on conversations and get irritated when it's time to assist. Ridiculous for TRUWORTHS
