Truworths bad customer service.

I have been sent from pillar to post trying to wind down my late mom's truworths account. I have sent all the necessary documentation yet this account has not been closed. A lady by the name Milla Mbombo from truworths contacted me and I sent her the documents but said the account was referred and didn't help me. Honestly, the service from Truworths and Blakes has been appalling.
