Truworths bad customer service

The service is Chatsworth center is absolutely pathetic. After waiting for more 10 in line for the cashier to come back from where ever he went. I was first in line and then he came back with his 4 cousins and told that he will serve them first and I must wait. From there it escalate. The gentleman has no respect what so ever and very ******. I walked out without paying for the account. I'm so angry
