TRUWORTHS BAD CUSTOMER CARE

I have received a settlement letter from Truworths in May 2024 to the amount of R 3 500.00 which I then settled immediately. I did send them the POP. To this day being 05/01/2026 I am still listed as a bad payer with DMC to whom I have sent numerous letters to clear my name and the POP attached. Truworths ignore any communication I have sent them to clear my name. I am at wits end and just want to warn the public about the administration of Truworths.
