TRUWORTHS : BAD BAD BAD SERVICE/ZERO FOLLOW UP
Just so disappointed with Truworths Bad online communication. Prices incorrect so order was cancelled. Yet if I walked into store, I would pay what was on item, even if incorrect! Zero follow up to my calls Promises made by Maritjie and Robyn that Zohra would call. Called again this morning spoke to Natalie on switchboard, promised a return call .... Nothing! Too much to mention Account will be closed tomorrow Claudelle Macgregor
