Truworths

My husband for the first time in a year used his truworths card to buy a pair of chinos at R760. As he couldn't find his branch on his banking app he went into the branch to pay the first installment at the Bedford gardens branch and was told he didn't need an account number or branch just to go on line and he would find a general Truworths account to pay in to. He did that and eventually managed to pay another rinstalment on line. However it was not properly reflected as being paid by he himself. since that he has 3 maybe 4 calls a day and has been harassed and hassled for the past 2 weeks being constantly hounded because he had made 'no' payment and was in arrears. He wrote a very specific and detailed email and sent it to the proof of payment asking SOMEONE to please do their job this Saturday? Today yet another demanding call re no payment. We just dont know what else to do apart from maybe pay the account in full and cut up the card but that even solve this perpetual harrassment ?
