Truworths at tzaneen crossing refused to sell clothes to me

I went to truworths Tzaneen to purchase. They refused to use my temporary ID nor license. I have never received store card because it keeps getting lost in posts some where or someone is misleading me.

Now due to Covid and everything being slow at the home affairs I could only do temporary ID and I await my card. Now I embraced me and caused so much heartache. I promise I will never shop at truworths again. I have previously shopped with my ID will no problem now what hogwash is this? I keep closing the account but keep it idling for safety net. But this it they will never see me nor my family. Never
